Fasya Aurellia

Fasya Aurellia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

From 2019 to 2020, Fasya worked as a Research Assistant at the Public Administration Department, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Airlangga University. In this position, Fasya contributed to a research project focused on leadership and post-award Indonesian women alumni.

In 2021, Fasya had two internships. Firstly, as a Staff Intern at Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Surabaya, and later as a Candidate Acquisition Intern at Glints, a talent ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

Continuing in 2021, Fasya joined Glints as a Growth Marketplace Intern, supporting the organization's mission to enable professionals in Southeast Asia to grow their careers and connect organizations with the right talent.

In 2022, Fasya interned at Brick Financial API as a Talent Acquisition Intern before being promoted to the role of Employer Branding & Engagement Executive. Brick provides financial API services and aims to democratize financial services in Southeast Asia. Fasya's responsibilities included building and executing employer branding strategies.

In 2023, Fasya joined Aeris Beauté as a Recruiter & Employer Branding Executive. Aeris Beauté is a local brand in Indonesia specializing in vegan and cruelty-free makeup tools. Fasya's key responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing employer branding strategies, and collaborating with C-Level executives on hiring and manpower planning.

Currently, Fasya is working at Brick - Financial API as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Executive. Brick provides B2B payment and data aggregation platforms and aims to empower innovators in Southeast Asia to create innovative financial products.

Fasya Aurellia attended Universitas Airlangga from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Public Administration degree with a specialization in Public Administration.
