FAHEEM ARSHAD - AFA (ICMAP)

Faheem Arshad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. FAHEEM started their career as an internee at Pakistan Television Corporation Limited in 2005, where they were responsible for tasks such as preparing cheques and deposit slips, updating store records, and preparing salary sheets.

In 2013, Faheem worked as an assistant at the Evacuee Trust Property Board Government of Pakistan for a few months.

FAHEEM then interned at Wateen Telecom in the Budgeting, Planning & Reporting department, where they updated records, analyzed expenditure, and assisted in making budgets.

In 2014, Faheem became a lecturer at Lahore Leads University, teaching subjects such as cost accounting, business taxation, and business math & statistics. FAHEEM also maintained discipline, ensured student safety and welfare, and contributed to the preparation of action plans and syllabus.

Finally, Faheem joined OneByte LLC in 2015 as the Finance & Operations Lead. In this role, they handled various tasks related to finance, HR, operations, and procurement. FAHEEM set up companies from scratch, supervised accounts, handled income tax matters, analyzed financial standing, managed bank dealings, oversaw revenue and invoicing models, and ensured compliance with company policies. FAHEEM also liaised with external bodies such as FBR, SECP, and EOBI.

Faheem Arshad's education history includes a range of qualifications in the field of accounting and finance. Starting in 2003, they attended Punjab College of Commerce and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Advanced Accounting in 2005. In 2013, they enrolled at the Institute of Financial Accountants UK and obtained an AFA degree in Accounting and Finance in 2015.

Additionally, in 2014, Faheem Arshad pursued further education by attending the Institute of Public Accountants of Australia and earned a MIPA qualification in Accounting and Finance. In the same year, they also studied at The Society of Accounting Education and achieved a CFMA (Pak.) degree in Accounting and Finance.

Continuing their educational pursuits in Pakistan, Faheem Arshad is currently studying at the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and is expected to complete an AFA degree in Cost Accounting by 2023.

Furthermore, in their educational journey, Faheem Arshad was a finalist at the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accounting, where they pursued an APFA degree in Accounting and Finance, concluding in 2023.
