Ben Turner, CSM

Ben Turner, CSM has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Ben began their career in 1999 when they became the Owner of Dotjock LLC. In 2007, they were the Engineering Lead and SCRUM Master for BattleScores. In 2008, they were the Director of Technology for Kaango, where they were responsible for hiring, managing and mentoring a team of 5-12 local employees, as well as managing offshore development resources and overseeing SCRUM/Agile SDLC. In 2010, they became the Director of Engineering for Article One Partners, where they grew a prototype crowd-sourcing platform to an enterprise quality solution. In 2012, they were the Manager of Application Development for EDUCAUSE, where they managed a team of cross-functional professionals and was responsible for Agile project management. In 2016, they were the SCRUM Master and Technical Release Manager for Welltok, Inc. and the Manager of Software Engineering for ShopAtHome.com. In 2017, they were the Director of Software Engineering for Generac Grid Services. In 2021, they became the Director of Engineering for Oblong Inc. and in 2022, they became the Director of Engineering for OneClick Code.

Ben Turner, CSM attended South Dakota Mines from 1997 to 1998. Ben also attended Cherry Creek, but the duration of their attendance is unknown. In 2007, they obtained a Certified SCRUM Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
