Lauren Prata

Lauren Prata has over 20 years of experience in client success management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Global Client Success Manager at Diversified since February 2013. Prior roles at Diversified include Senior Program Manager and Senior Account Manager. Previously, Lauren worked at Yorktel from June 2007 to February 2013 in positions such as Service Implementation Manager and Operations Manager, notably on-site at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. and as a Senior Events Coordinator on-site at Amgen Inc. Early career experience includes roles at the Florida Department of State from December 2003 to May 2007 as an Adult Protective Investigator and Juvenile Probation Officer. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Social Work from Florida International University, completed in 2003.
