Nicholas Tolan

Nicholas Tolan is an experienced Implementation Manager at Diversified since May 2024, previously serving as Senior Field Operations Manager and Technical Account Manager at Wovenmedia from March 2014 to May 2024. In these roles, Nicholas specialized in hardware solutions, technical writing, quality control, and managing vendor and client relationships. Nicholas also has extensive experience in team leadership and operations management, demonstrated through positions at MasTec Advanced Technologies, Tyco Integrated Security, and the Indiana Municipal Power Agency, where responsibilities included training, mentorship, and service/installation oversight.
