Todd Penchishen

Todd Penchishen is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Diversified since November 2024. Previously, Todd was the Owner and Founder of Catalyst Training Solutions from October 2023 to November 2024 and worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at IDT Corporation from July 2023 to November 2024, managing a Sales Training program. Todd also held the position of Instructional Designer and L&D Consultant at UWG from June 2020 to November 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Shift4 Payments, where Todd progressed from Operations Manager to Senior Manager and ultimately Director of Learning and Development from February 2011 to January 2023. Todd Penchishen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania between 2000 and 2004.
