Tobias Widmer

Tobias Widmer's work experience includes founding and serving as the CTO of the company Onedot, where they led and managed the software development team, oversaw product development activities, and managed the architecture of service offerings. Prior to that, they worked at Avaloq as a Software Architect, where they played a key role in defining and executing architectural guidelines and policies, led the design and implementation of a Java EE-based application platform, and provided consultancy in data and software architecture. Tobias also worked at Synpulse Management Consulting as a Senior Management Consultant and at IBM as a Software Engineer.

Tobias Widmer completed their MSc in Computer Science with a minor in Operations Research from ETH Zürich between 1999 and 2004. Tobias then pursued further education from 2010 to 2012 at the Akademie für Improvisationsschauspiel, where they earned a diploma in Contemporary, Modern, and Nonscript Theatre.
