Cheryl Thomas

Cheryl Thomas is currently a Senior Lecturer at The University of Akron, teaching the Addictions 2 class to graduate-level students. With a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision Marriage and Family Therapy, Cheryl has a background in providing counseling services to individuals and families as the Owner of Tranquil Landings Counseling, LLC. Previous experience includes serving as the Outpatient Services Manager at OneEighty, Inc., where Cheryl supervised staff and managed daily operations. Additionally, Cheryl has provided group services for substance abuse at The Village Network and worked as a counselor at Akron General Edwin Shaw Rehabilitation.
