Chauncey Brooks

Chauncey Brooks is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a proven track record in the fintech and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ONE since February 2023, Brooks has previously held strategic roles, including Chief Talent Officer at Continuum and Director of Recruitment at Slack, where Brooks oversaw global sourcing operations and led recruitment for various teams. Additionally, Brooks has held recruitment management positions at Stripe, Counsyl, Quantcast, and Google, demonstrating a strong ability to scale organizations and build recruitment infrastructure.
