Nick Balkissoon

Nick Balkissoon is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in fintech and technology sectors. Currently engaged in engineering at ONE, a fintech venture backed by Ribbit Capital and Walmart, Nick has been instrumental in strategic acquisitions since April 2022. Previously, Nick held engineering roles at a stealth fintech company involved in the same merger and at Amazon Web Services, where contributions were made in software development. Nick's experience also includes positions at Goldman Sachs focused on the Marcus platform, Red Hat providing enterprise solutions to financial clients, and the U.S. Department of State developing applications for data visualization. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Chinese from Duke University and international study at Fudan University.
