Samantha (Lutz) Castellani

Samantha (Lutz) Castellani is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at ONE since April 2022, following the acquisition of Even, where Samantha held the same title. Samantha also contributes as a Board Member for Recovery Transportation Systems, a non-profit focused on transportation solutions for individuals in recovery from substance abuse. Previous roles include Senior Account Director at Cutover and a series of senior positions at Lyft, where responsibilities included managing enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships. Samantha was a Founding Member of the Sales Mastermind Network, fostering collaboration among top sellers in the NYC tech industry, and began their career at ClearSlide, CBS Outdoor, and through various leadership roles during their time at UC Santa Barbara, where Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
