Allan Misquith has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Allan started their career at Softworks Computers Private Limited in Mumbai, India, working as an RTZ/RTB Integrity Offshore professional from 1999 to 2001. Allan then joined Amadeus, where they held multiple positions from 2001 to 2017, including Software Release Delivery Manager, Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Unit Manager - Devices Team, Senior Developer & Tech Lead, Software Architect, and Car Sell Implementation for APIv2 on Amadeus Global Core. In 2017, Allan joined Whitbread as a Senior Delivery Team Lead, responsible for managing Costa Coffee's Mobile APP teams and implementing Agile methodologies. Allan then worked at Fujitsu UK as an Agile Product Delivery Manager, focused on the Post Office Account. From 2019 to 2022, Allan served as the Head of Mobile Server at NatWest Group, overseeing a team of approximately 120 people. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Engineering at OneFootball, where they are responsible for the product-engineering tribes, B2C and B2B business aspects, and driving user engagement and monetization.

Allan Misquith received an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming from Boston's Computer Institute in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. Allan also completed a program in Electronics at Elphinstone College Fort Mumbai from 1992 to 1994. Earlier in their education, from 1981 to 1992, they studied at St. Mary's High School (S.S.C), where they completed their High School education with a focus on Primary Education. Allan has also obtained various additional certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, having ITIL v3 Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2017, and holding a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org, acquired in 2016.
