Ash Wilkin

Ash Wilkin has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. They have held various roles in different companies and industries throughout their career. Ash started as an IT Consultant at Experis in 2010 and then worked as a Senior Consultant at Ajilon Australia from 2012 to 2013. They then joined Talent2 as a Consultant in Information Technology from 2013 to 2014. Ash continued their career at SharePoint People as a Team Manager & Sales Lead from 2014 to 2015. They then became a DevOps & Cloud Specialist at Bristow Holland from 2015 to 2020. Ash served as the Director & IT Recruiter at Holland Resources - IT Recruitment Specialists from 2020 to 2022. During that time, they also worked at n8n as a Senior Talent Partner (via ACELR8) for a brief period. In 2022, Ash joined ACELR8 as a Senior Talent Partner, where they played a crucial role in providing Embedded-Recruitment-as-a-Service for startups and scale-ups across Europe. They then transitioned to OneFootball as a Talent Acquisition Lead, taking on a more significant leadership role in talent acquisition.
