Dominik Hilpisch-Hahn

Dominik Hilpisch-Hahn has a strong background in licensing and business affairs, particularly in the sports and entertainment industry. Dominik has held various leadership positions throughout their career, starting with their current role as the Senior Director of Licensing & Business Affairs at OneFootball since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Licensing & Business Affairs at OneFootball from June 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining OneFootball, Dominik worked at Bundesliga International GmbH from 2017 to 2022. Dominik served as the Head of Licensing & eSport, where they were responsible for the strategic direction of the eSports division and the management of subdivisions within the DFL Group. Dominik also played a key role in establishing and consolidating the VIRTUAL BUNDESLIGA and introducing the VBL INTERNATIONAL SERIES.

Dominik's career in licensing began at DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga in 2009, where they worked as the Manager of Sales Sponsoring & Licensing. Dominik contributed to the development of new commercial rights for the Bundesliga and pioneered the areas of sponsoring, licensing, and eSports. Dominik also played a significant role in cultivating competitive EA Sports FIFA gaming in Germany.

Before their time at DFL, Dominik held positions at Celebrities Entertainment GmbH, CCS Frankfurt am Main, and Challenge Sportsmarketing & Entertainment, gaining experience in marketing, licensing, and sports sponsorship throughout their earlier career.

Dominik Hilpisch-Hahn has a Magister Artium degree in Sportwissenschaft, Germanistik, Psychologie from Goethe University Frankfurt.
