Valery Lavrentiev

Valery Lavrentiev is a Staff Software Engineer specializing in data and generative AI at OneFootball, leading the development of a data-intensive platform for football fans on AWS since August 2023. Prior experience includes leading the architecture and development of a multi-region data platform at Ada Health from May 2021 to August 2023, and serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at SPREAD GmbH. Valery worked on a research project at GFZ-Potsdam focusing on large-scale land cover changes, and held lead roles in software projects at beSpace GmbH and Smartfrog Ltd., utilizing various technologies including AWS, GCP, machine learning, and data engineering frameworks.
