Taija Leinonen

Taija Leinonen is an accomplished professional in the field of biology, currently serving as the Head of Biology and Senior Scientist at Onego Bio since September 2022. Prior to this role, Taija worked at Clariant as a Scientist from January 2020 to September 2022 and spent over a decade at Roal Oy as a Research Scientist from February 2008 to December 2019, as well as an intern in 2007. Taija's career began with internships at Stora Enso, specializing in microbiology and quality control, and included a Master’s Thesis position at the Haartman Institute - Virology. Taija holds a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Eastern Finland.
