Caritza Mariani

Caritza Mariani is a Senior Director of Learning and Development at OneGoal, where Caritza directs vision and infrastructure strategy for internal and external training for adults. Caritza collaborates across six regions to develop resources to support KPI/BMK achievement. Prior to OneGoal, Caritza worked at The Sanneh Foundation as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, training youth coaches in club culture-change. Caritza also has experience as Managing Director of Retention & Academic Advising at Paul Quinn College and Director of Youth Development and Learning at Augsburg College. Caritza holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Augsburg University. Caritza is dedicated to DEI training and practices, as well as creating culturally specific programs and classes.
