Erika Sologuren

Erika Sologuren has a diverse work experience across various organizations. Erika'smost recent role is as a Senior Director of Partnerships at OneGoal starting in 2023.

Before that, they worked at the Aspire Institute from 2022 to 2023 as a Programs Manager, where they managed the delivery and administration of the flagship Aspire Leaders Program.

Prior to that, they worked at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education from 2014 to 2022. Erika'sroles included being an HGSE Advisor, an Admissions Manager, a Senior Admissions Coordinator, an Admissions Coordinator, and a Program Assistant.

Erika also had internship experience at the Harvard Art Museums in 2016 and worked as a Research Assistant at Amherst College from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they worked as an English Language Teacher for the Amherst China Initiative in 2012.

Erika Sologuren completed their education with a Master's Degree from Harvard Extension School in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Amherst College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Before attending Amherst College, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from The Honors College at Miami Dade College, studying from 2008 to 2010.
