The Leadership Team at OneGoal is responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring the effective execution of the organization’s mission to increase postsecondary access for young people from low-income communities. They oversee various functions including growth, finance, product development, and partnerships, collaboratively driving initiatives that enhance program impact and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability across the organization.
