Earlier positions involved customer service leadership at Travelers, focusing on agent support and policy management, and team supervision at CSD Relay. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University.
