Mohamed Samir has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Mohamed began their career at MIDA for Contracting & Trading in 2004 as a Project Coordinator for the E-Commerce Department. Mohamed then joined Philippe Photo Trade in 2005 as a Sales Engineer, responsible for providing audio-visual solutions to government accounts.

In 2005, Mohamed also started working at Orange Business Services as a Network Operation Support Engineer, handling incident and problem management for IT network infrastructure. Mohamed later took on the role of Service Operation Team Lead, leading a centralized service operations desk and improving service performance through customer meetings.

Afterwards, Mohamed became an Implementation Project Manager at Orange Business Services, working on implementing services across multiple regions and ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Mohamed eventually became the Lead BeNeLux Project Manager and PMO Head, overseeing project management operations for the BeNeLux region.

In 2018, Mohamed became a Senior Project Manager at Orange Business Services before transitioning to AXA OneHealth in 2019. At AXA OneHealth, they initially served as a Project Manager and then took on the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Mohamed Samir completed their diploma in Hospital Management and Operational Excellence from The American University in Cairo in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc. in Engineering with a specialization in Communication Engineering from Modern Sciences and Arts University in 2004. Mohamed also completed their high school education in Mathematics from Port Said Language School (P.S.S.). Additionally, Mohamed holds various certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (obtained in August 2018), PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner (obtained in May 2016), Synergy Project Management Practitioner v5 (obtained in July 2012), Project Management Professional - PMP® (obtained in August 2011), ISO/IEC20000® Foundation (obtained in January 2011), and ITIL® v.3 Foundation (obtained in October 2010).
