Cassie Houff

Cassie Houff currently serves as Vice President of Post Acute Care Solutions at OneHome, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Cassie held various leadership positions at Humana from November 2017 to October 2023, including Associate Vice President and Director, where strategic oversight and innovative care solutions were key responsibilities. As a Strategy Advancement Advisor, Cassie focused on Humana's Home Health Transformation, enhancing contract structures and promoting quality outcomes through data analysis. Additional experience includes a graduate summer internship at Sears Holdings Corporation and roles at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee and the YMCA of Roanoke Valley. Cassie holds an MBA in Strategy and Human and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Art History and Visual Arts from Emory University, along with completed premedical requirements.
