Richard Brandenburg

Richard Brandenburg's work experience begins with their most recent position as a Product Manager at Onehot Labs, where they have been employed since 2022.

Prior to this, Richard worked at IBM starting in 2015. Richard'sroles at IBM include Product Manager for AI on IBM Z and Watson Machine Learning for z/OS from January 2022 to May 2022, Product Engineering and Full Stack Tools Development from December 2018 to January 2022. Richard also served as a DS8000 Product Field Engineering Co-op from June 2015 to December 2018, where they worked on various tasks such as developing educational material, building tools for their team, and presenting material at IBM seminars. Additionally, Richard held the position of IBM Future Blue Council, Tucson Site Lead from March 2017 to May 2018, where they organized events and activities for IBM interns and facilitated communication between interns and IBM leadership.

In 2017, Richard was the Treasurer for ASEM (American Society of Engineering Management), where they managed club finances and coordinated funding with the student body.

Before their time at IBM and ASEM, Richard was a member of SHPE from 2014 to 2015 and worked as a Business Office Assistant at Banner - University Medical Center from October 2014 to May 2015, where they verified financial statements, assisted in material development for patients, and performed various administrative tasks.

Lastly, Richard volunteered for UGA Relay For Life from October 2010 to October 2013 and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in June and July 2013.

Richard Brandenburg completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Management at the University of Arizona from 2014 to 2018. Richard also obtained several certifications from IBM, including IBM z16 Day SE 2022 Speaker Advocate in April 2022, IBM AI Associate Product Manager in December 2021, IBM AI Associate for All IBMers in December 2021, Product Manager - Define, Build & Deliver in November 2021, Data & AI Essentials in April 2021, IBM Virtual Collaborator in July 2020, Docker Essentials: A Developer Introduction in October 2019, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner in October 2019, IBM Blockchain Essentials in August 2019, IBM Cloud Essentials in August 2018, and IBM Agile Explorer in October 2017.
