Chad Richter

Chad Richter is a Shareholder in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Group at O'Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing S.C., where Chad has been contributing since 2001. The firm, located in downtown Milwaukee, serves small to mid-sized businesses with a diverse range of legal services. Since January 2012, Chad has also played a vital role as a Past President and current Board Member of the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries, a prominent organization of M&A advisors in the Midwest. Chad holds a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor's Degree (Cum Laude) in Business Economics and Philosophy from Marquette University.
