Filagot Alemayehu

Filagot Alemayehu has a range of work experience. From 2018 to present, they have worked at O'Neil Digital Solutions, where they have held the positions of Client Advocate/CSM and Quality Assurance Coordinator. In these roles, they have been responsible for ensuring sign-offs and maintaining complaint processes, conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and leading performance improvement projects. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2015, Filagot worked as a Guest Teacher at Clark County School District, where they provided continuity in classrooms during teachers' absences. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Surgery Department Volunteer and Intern at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, where they improved their computer skills, medical terminology knowledge, and communication abilities. In 2014, Filagot worked as an Assistant Tax Manager at IBEX Taxation and Bookkeeping Services, where they provided clerical and secretarial support. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Private Tutor, providing one-on-one educational assistance to students and helping them develop study skills. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2011, Filagot worked as a Sales Associate Cashier at Ayalas Inc, where they improved customer service and cash handling skills. Lastly, from 2006 to 2008, they were a Game Operator at Circus.

Filagot Alemayehu completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from the College of Southern Nevada from 2008 to 2011. Following this, from 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. In 2015 to 2016, Filagot Alemayehu attended Roseman University of Health Sciences, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
