Haley Dickinson

Haley Dickinson has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Haley started their career as a Marketing Intern at Sportech in 2019, where they gained experience in scheduling social media posts, editing graphic design promotions, and learning about budgeting and daily operations.

In 2017, Haley worked as an Office Assistant at Emmanuel College, where they answered phone calls and emails, assisted students with inquiries, and completed office projects such as researching international courses and processing transcripts. Haley also took on the responsibility of registering students from partnered schools for courses at Emmanuel.

Haley then joined O'Neil Digital Solutions in 2020 as a Client Operations Apprentice, where they gained practical knowledge of client management and problem-solving. Haley later transitioned to the role of Client Advocate, where they were responsible for responding to client needs and ensuring their demands were met.

Recently, Haley was promoted to the role of Business Analyst II at O'Neil Digital Solutions in 2022. In this position, they focus on studying current practices and implementing better systems to provide exceptional service to clients. Haley also acts as an intermediary between the software engineering team and clients, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

From 2017 to 2021, Haley Dickinson attended Emmanuel College (Boston), where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing.
