Greg Marks has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Greg started their career in 2000 as a Marketing Manager at TriTech Educational Services, where they developed training materials, coordinated schedules, and managed sales of private training courses. In 2002, they became an IT Manager at BonTerra Consulting, where they supervised systems and server management, user support, network management, and technology infrastructure. From 2007 to 2011, Greg worked as a Support Specialist at ZLANTECH, specializing in providing technology solutions to dental and orthodontic offices. Greg was responsible for designing office solutions, managing practice management software, and providing ongoing support. Since 2010, Greg has been working at O'Neil Software, initially as a Support and Training Specialist, offering remote and onsite technical support, training, and consulting services. Greg then became a Product Manager, supporting product development and customer interactions. Currently, Greg holds the position of Director of Technical Support at O'Neil Software.
