Mika Miyamoto is an experienced environmental scientist currently working at Atlas, where responsibilities include collaborating on various projects for Sound Transit and WSDOT in the Puget Sound Area, with expertise in stormwater regulation and environmental surveys. Prior experience includes roles as a Naturalist Guide at Evergreen Escapes, providing educational tours in Washington's National Parks, and as a Sustainable Mushroom Cultivation Consultant for Wonka's Harvest, focusing on sustainable farming practices. Additional experience encompasses internships and assistant roles at REAP Food Group and Proteovista LLC, development of local food systems, and participation in mycological research and education. Mika holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Environmental Science from The University of British Columbia.
