Aakash Saraiya

Aakash Saraiya is a multifaceted professional with experience in both medicine and venture capital. Currently, Aakash serves as a Venture Fellow at Susa Ventures, focusing on seed and pre-seed investing, and also works as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Envision Healthcare. Aakash holds advisory roles at Vera Health and has made angel investments in several companies, including Freedom Biosciences, Sully.ai, and OneImaging. Previously, Aakash was a Medical Specialist at Google, contributing to various Google Health projects, and practiced emergency medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Aakash has also worked as an Associate Author for the USMLE First Aid Board Exam Review Series and gained venture capital experience as a Venture Fellow at Triphammer Ventures. Aakash earned an MBA from Cornell University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Biology from Villanova University.
