Sven S. Grünholz

Sven S. Grünholz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sven is currently the Head of DACH Region at ONEiO, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Technical Lead DACH at ONEiO from February 2020 to March 2021. Sven has also assumed leadership roles at itSMF Deutschland, where they served as Vice-Chairman of the Board starting from July 2023.

Before joining ONEiO and itSMF Deutschland, Sven was employed at Expertize GmbH, where they held the position of Produktmanager from October 2017 to January 2020. Sven also worked as a Senior Consultant at Expertize GmbH from July 2014 to September 2017.

Prior to that, Sven held various positions at LANDESK Software. Sven served as a Senior Consultant (Presales) and Pressesprecher (ITSM Division) from October 2009 to June 2014. Sven also worked as a Senior Consultant from September 2006 to September 2009, Consultant und Trainer from January 2003 to August 2006, and Consultant from April 2002 to December 2002.

Sven started their career as an IT-Berater at IBM Global Service - SerCon GmbH from October 1999 to June 2002. Before that, they worked at Stadtreinigung Dresden GmbH as a Projektleiter und Netzwerk Administrator from October 1997 to September 1999. Prior to that, they were a Selbständiger Unternehmer at UB_S Dresden from April 1996 to September 1997.

Sven's earlier experiences include working at Stadtreinigung Dresden GmbH as a Projektleiter und Netzwerk Administrator from February 1993 to March 1996 and as a Sachbearbeiter Kundendienst der Einsatzleitung from July 1992 to January 1993. Sven also worked as a Lehrer für IT at Kluth und Kehrer GmbH from September 1991 to June 1992.

From 2006 to 2011, they attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, specializing in Prozessmanagement, and earned a Diplom Kaufmann.

In January 2021, they obtained the certification in Agile Mitarbeiterführung mit OKR from LinkedIn.

In 2023, they briefly attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to study Automation: Implementation in Business, although the end year is not specified.
