Hollye Day has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. Hollye began their career in 1989 as the Owner of Models West Model & Talent Agency. In 1996, they moved on to Delta Structural Technology as the Marketing Director/Executive Sales Assistant. In 2001, they joined Robert Half International as a Staffing Manager and was promoted to Branch Manager and Division Director within one year. In 2003, they became the Promotions & Events Manager at Anderson Merchandisers, where they were responsible for organizing over 800 live events/year. In 2005, they took on the role of General Manager/COO at All Access Today, creating and developing the ticketing and VIP departments and assisting with the development of the live concert USB program. In 2010, they became the COO of One Live Media, and in 2019 they joined X Delivery as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

Hollye Day attended West Texas A&M University from 1987 to 1990.
