Shalom Reich has over 30 years of work experience in the software development industry. Shalom started their career at Citibank in 1986, where they built parts of a workflow engine and managed a team of systems programmers. Shalom then moved on to Bankers Trust, where they worked on loan syndication development and global custody architecture/design. At Viatel, they led a team of junior programmers and designed an account system. Later, at NEON, they designed and built C++ programs and NEON Formatter message definitions for Straight Through Processing (STP) products.
