Shalom Reich has over 30 years of work experience in the software development industry. Shalom started their career at Citibank in 1986, where they built parts of a workflow engine and managed a team of systems programmers. Shalom then moved on to Bankers Trust, where they worked on loan syndication development and global custody architecture/design. At Viatel, they led a team of junior programmers and designed an account system. Later, at NEON, they designed and built C++ programs and NEON Formatter message definitions for Straight Through Processing (STP) products. Shalom joined Goldman, Sachs & Co as a senior software developer, where they designed and built a unique data model for index information. At Wachovia Securities, they served as a VP and designed and wrote a 3-tier, C#, OTC structured equity derivatives pricing and booking workflow application. Currently, they are a senior software developer at OneMarketData.
Shalom Reich attended NYU Stern School of Business from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance and International Management. Additionally, they obtained a B.Sc. in Computer and Information Science from Brooklyn College. No specific start or end years were provided for their time at Brooklyn College.
