Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Talent Acquisition at Paragon Care Group Australia Pty Ltd, and held various positions at Proclinical Staffing, Healthcare Professionals Group, and Clinical Professionals. Joseph graduated from the University of Exeter with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise.
