Jen Lincoln

Jen Lincoln has worked in various roles in the human resources field since 2007. Jen began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Dungarvin Minnesota in 2007. In 2009, they moved to Fish & Richardson as an Associate HRIS Analyst. In 2012, they joined Prime Therapeutics as an HRIS Analyst. In 2013, they became an HR Data Analyst at General Mills. In 2015, they took on the role of Sr. Business Processes Consultant - Workforce Analytics & Planning at SAP SuccessFactors. Most recently, in 2021, they joined One Model, Inc as a Customer Success Specialist.

Jen Lincoln has a Master of Software Systems from the University of St. Thomas obtained between 2013 and 2016. Jen also has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota obtained between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, they have three certifications from SAP SuccessFactors.
