Tanya Zavialova, PDEng 🇺🇦

Tanya Zavialova, PDEng 🇺🇦, has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product design and user experience. Tanya is currently a Co-Founder of Practical Product Design, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the CDO and Product Designer at OneNotary starting from February 2020. Tanya is also a Co-Founder of Kyiv UX Meetups, which they established in June 2019. Tanya has served as a Course Instructor at APOLLO IT School since September 2020. From April 2017 to January 2020, they held the role of Head of Design at Tonic Health. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cogniance as a Sr. Design Lead from March 2016 to April 2017 and as a UX Research Engineer from December 2014 to March 2016. Tanya also had a role as a Usability Architect at Luxoft from December 2013 to December 2014. Tanya's previous experience includes working as a Senior UX Design Engineer at Cogniance from March 2013 to December 2013 as well as a User eXperience Designer at Robert Bosch Thermotechnology from January 2012 to March 2013. Tanya started their career as a Postgraduate Design Engineer in the User System Interaction Program at Eindhoven University of Technology from October 2010 to September 2012.

Tanya Zavialova, PDEng, holds a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDeng) in User System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in automation and process control from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, Tanya has earned a certification in Unit Economics from the Projector Institute, which they obtained in April 2023.
