Karah Pennington

Karah Pennington has over 14 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Karah is currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards - OneRewards at OneOncology since April 2020. Prior to this, Karah worked at TrustPoint Hospital from 2016 to 2019, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources and provided consultancy work for Acadia following the acquisition of Polaris. Karah demonstrated strong leadership skills and successfully executed strategies for expansion. From 2012 to 2016, they held the same position at TrustPoint Hospital / Acadia Healthcare | Polaris Hospital Management Company. Karah started their career at Volunteers of America Mid-States in 2006 as an HRIS Supervisor and gradually advanced through various specialized roles, showcasing proficiency in project management, strategy development, team leadership, training, and regulatory compliance. Karah successfully completed multiple projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Karah Pennington pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Karah then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from WGU Tennessee between the years 2016 and 2018.
