Laketa Kelly Phr

LaKeta Kelly began their work experience in 2001 at Snelling Personnel Services of Brentwood as a Senior Staffing Specialist. LaKeta then moved on to AIM Healthcare Services in 2003, where they served as a Human Resource Generalist, overseeing the recruitment process for multiple states and providing consultation on employee relations. In 2009, LaKeta joined HealthSpring as an HR Generalist, leading recruitment efforts and developing a Wellness Initiative Program. LaKeta then joined Tennessee Oncology in 2013 as a Recruiting Manager, responsible for the full recruitment and onboarding process for 30 oncology clinics. LaKeta's most recent position has been with OneOncology since 2019, where they started as a Manager and later advanced to a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they are building and expanding the recruiting model to hire top talent.

LaKeta Kelly, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Western Kentucky University from 1996 to 2000. In 2015, they attended The University of Georgia to pursue a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Healthcare, a program for which the degree name is not specified.
