Saunak Shah

Saunak Shah has a diverse work experience in various industries. Saunak started their career as a Rapid Prototype Engineer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from August 2006 to July 2009. Saunak then joined the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, where they gained expertise in leadership, mentorship, training, and operational management of Nuclear Powered Submarines and Submarine Personnel. Saunak also served as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at the University of San Diego, responsible for mentorship, development, and talent acquisition of over 200 Naval students. In May 2018, Saunak joined MITRE as a Senior System Engineer before moving to OneOncology as the Vice President of Operations in November 2018. In their current role, they are responsible for operations strategy, growth execution, operational excellence, and has been instrumental in solving various organizational challenges.

Saunak Shah completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University between the years 2002 and 2006. Saunak then pursued a Master's degree in System Analysis/Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School from 2014 to 2016. Lastly, Saunak attended UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
