Chad Burwick's work experience started in 2002 as a Facilities Technician for Georgia-Pacific LLC, where they installed, maintained, and relocated office equipment for tenants. Chad then worked as a Rehabilitation Attendant at the Texas Rehabilitation Commission from 2002 to 2003, assisting a student with daily living needs. From 2004 to 2005, Chad worked as a Software Developer at KU Software, LLC, customizing and enhancing software systems for various insurance products.
In 2008, Chad joined Georgia State University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching and grading courses for the English department and tutoring students at the Writing Studio until 2010. Chad also worked as a freelance Copyeditor from 2001 to 2010, editing documents for professors at various universities.
Chad then moved on to Onepath, where they held multiple roles. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Service Delivery Specialist, providing technical support for telecom installations and performing quality assurance. In 2012, Chad served as a Cisco VoIP Implementation Engineer, and from 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Operations Engineer, operationalizing new project rollouts and creating project processes. Finally, Chad worked as a Solutions Design Engineer at Onepath from 2013 onwards, providing technical assistance and expertise for project solutions and pricing proposals.
Chad Burwick has a diverse educational background. Chad started their education at Rice University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they attended Kennesaw State University from 2005 to 2006, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General.
Chad further pursued their education at Georgia State University from 2007 to 2010, focusing on English Literature. Chad completed the coursework for their Master of Arts (MA) degree and has a pending thesis.
In addition to their formal education, Chad Burwick also obtained several certifications. Chad obtained the CCNA Voice certification from Cisco in August 2015, the CCNA certification from Cisco in February 2013, and the Network+ certification from CompTIA in October 2011.
