What You’ll Do at OnePlan: 

As a Power BI Specialist, you'll collaborate with the product team to develop Power BI report templates that are integrated into customer solutions. These reporting packs span various project management methodologies, offering valuable insights tailored to meet diverse client needs. 

Passion for Learning: You'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of OnePlan, gaining hands-on experience that will empower you to thoroughly test and refine reports, ensuring they provide accurate and impactful insights. 

Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to track key product metrics, offering clear, actionable insights to the Product team. 

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Analysts to understand data needs, design customized reports, and identify opportunities for improvement based on data trends. 

Optimize Reporting Processes: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and scalability of reporting processes, leveraging automation where possible. 

Data Modeling: Design and develop data models to support new and existing reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the business solution. 

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities and insights. 

Our Ideal Fit: 

• 3+ years of experience working with Power BI, data visualization, and data analysis, preferably within a product management or SaaS environment.
• Possess outstanding verbal and written skills.
• Profound knowledge of Power BI for creating complex reports and dashboards, including data modelling, visualizations, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, transforming them into clear, actionable insights.
• Ability to understand and translate the Product Managers requirements into effective Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent business process and best practices experience or aptitude
