Khairah Adam

Khairah Adam has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Their most recent role was as the Head of Health at Oneplan Insurance, where they were responsible for defining the claims strategy, structuring the claims department, and establishing a claims environment. Prior to this, they worked at Rand Mutual - RMA as a Team Leader Claims and was responsible for managing claims assessors, supervising administrative functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Khairah also had a role in Clinical Claims Adjudication, where they managed severe injury claims and followed up on open claims. Before joining the insurance industry, Khairah worked as a Registered Nurse at Prince Salman Armed Forces Hospital, where they provided patient care and acted as the charge nurse. Khairah also had experience as a Unit Manager at Netcare and Netcare Linmed Hospital, where they maintained standards, managed nursing services, and facilitated quality and risk management.
