Erin Rychalsky

Erin Rychalsky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Erin is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources Software and Service at OnePoint Human Capital Management since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from August 2020 to March 2023 as the HCM Product Manager for UKG Ready/EverythingBenefits. Before joining UKG, Erin was employed at Kronos Incorporated for several years, where they held various positions including HCM Product Manager for Workforce Ready from October 2017 to August 2020, Manager of Product Support from October 2016 to October 2017, and Technical Support Engineer/Analyst IV from October 2013 to October 2016.

Erin'searlier work experience includes a role as Compliance Coordinator at Dampney Company Inc from May 2012 to October 2013 and Senior Payroll Specialist at Paychex from August 2010 to May 2012. Erin started their career at The Provident Bank, where they worked as a Head Teller from April 2006 to August 2010.

Erin Rychalsky completed their education with an M.B.A in Human Resource Management from Franklin Pierce University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College between 1998 and 2002.
