René Koster

Integral Project Manager at Onera Health

René Koster began their career in 1999 as an electrician assistant at van den Pol Groep. In 2003, they worked as a student assistant at TU Delft. In 2004, they became the treasurer at Electrotechnische Vereeniging. In 2007, they completed an internship at Philips Healthcare in Shanghai, China, where they investigated new methods for brain hemorrhage detection. In 2010, they began working for Accenture as a business analyst for the Financial Management Reform (FINREF) project. René then moved on to become a data analyst for Liander in 2011. In 2012, they were an operational team lead at Accenture for the INDiGO project. In 2015, they became a PEGA business analyst at a Dutch airliner and a delivery stream lead for a Pan-European Telco. In 2017, they joined DEMCON as a project manager for medical systems, starting from feasibility studies towards CE or FDA submission and production readiness. Finally, in 2023, they became an integral project manager at Onera Health.

René Koster's education history includes a MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, which they obtained between 2002 and 2009, and a VWO from Minkema College, which they obtained between 1997 and 2002. René also has several certifications, including Certified Business Architect (7.1) and Certified Systems Architect (7.1) from Pegasystems (2015), Mendix Apprentice from Mendix (2014), Prince2 Foundation from The Prince2 Academy (2013), FileNet P8 Platform Administration (4.5) from IBM (2011), Oracle Policy Automation Essentials from Oracle (2010), and IPMA C theory from IPMA Certificering (2021).
