Damon Delgado

Damon Delgado has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology and media industries. Damon began their career in 1998 as a Website Manager for CBS Inc., KCNC-TV News4. In 2004, they moved to CBS Radio Inc., WCBS-AM Newsradio, where they served as Brand Manager and created, implemented, and advanced marketing, branding, and advertising collateral and strategies. In 2006, Damon joined 2moromedia as a Developer & Web Designer, developing numerous rich internet applications and producing two e-commerce shopping sites and several additional client websites. In 2010, they began working at 303 Software as a Senior Consultant, where they oversaw the delivery of client projects under development for several key accounts including Charter Communications/Spectrum. Damon was promoted to Chief Solutions Officer in 2012, where they developed, executed, lead, and continuously improved high-yielding company strategies, processes, and best practices. In 2015, Damon was promoted to Director of Development, managing a team of developers and establishing technical strategies for software implementations. Damon was later promoted to Lead Developer in 2018. Currently, Damon works at OneReach.ai as a Solution Designer.

Damon Delgado obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder. Damon also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2014.
