Alina Bondarenko

Alina Bondarenko has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alina started their career at Astelit in 2006 as a Call-center Specialist and later progressed to become a Collection Operations Specialist and Head of the Collection Team. In 2008, they became an Expert of the Collection Team. Alina worked at Astelit until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Alina worked as an Expert at the Youth in Science and Business Foundation, specifically in the HOPEWORK.EU project. In 2018, they joined ONErpm as the Head of Operations for Africa&Asia.

Alina Bondarenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National Agricultural University of Ukraine, Kyiv, from 2002 to 2006. Alina later pursued a Master's degree in Economics from Kyiv University for Market Relations, from 2012 to 2013. In 2021, Alina briefly attended Laba and studied Operational Management. Alina then continued their education at Laba, focusing on HR-Partner for Business.
