Rachel Xing

Rachel received her BA and master’s degrees in Mainland China and Hong Kong respectively. She then moved to Canada where she received her second bachelor’s degree, a BS, worked in the telecomm industry, and volunteered for associations that helped new immigrants settle in Canada.
