Megan Eaves

Megan Eaves serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development at OneSource Restoration since September 2023. Eaves has extensive experience in emergency preparedness and operations, having previously worked at Baltimore Gas & Electric for over six years in various managerial roles, including Manager of Emergency Preparedness, Manager of Regional Electric Operations, and External Affairs Manager. Eaves also contributes to the community as a board member of the NAWIC Baltimore Chapter #135, Howard County Chamber, and Carroll Community College since 2017. Eaves holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University and degrees in Environmental Management and Urban Forestry from the University of Maryland.
