Sarah Fry, M. Ed., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training delivery and technical writing. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at OneSource Virtual since April 2023, Sarah previously spent a decade at Waste Management, where roles included Manager of Training Delivery for Customer Experience and Senior Learning Consultant, leading trainers and creating onboarding programs. Earlier in the career, Sarah held various positions at the University of Phoenix, including Content and Implementation Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on compliance with federal regulations and improving customer experience. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Western International University.
