Kelly G. Smith

Kelly G. Smith serves as the VP of Global Human Resources at OneSpan, a publicly traded cybersecurity technology company, since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of VP, Global HR Business Partnerships at Fuze from August 2021 to February 2022, which was acquired by 8X8 in January 2022. Kelly spent nearly five years at Endurance International Group (now Newfold Digital) as Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner, following the merger with Web.com in February 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources for CommScope and Director of Global Human Resources at Airvana, where key responsibilities encompassed various HR functions and strategic leadership. Kelly's career began at Concerto Software as Regional Manager, Human Resources. Educational credentials include an HR Management Certification and PHR from Bentley University, alongside a Bachelor of Science from Westfield State University.
