Rachelle Laurin

Rachelle Laurin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at OneSpan since December 2023, Rachelle has previously held senior positions at Nakisa from August 2014 to December 2023, including Senior Director of Employee Experience and Training, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Earlier in Rachelle's career, valuable roles included Directrice des ressources humaines at PAYZA and AlertPay, and Responsable des ressources humaines at Nolin BBDO. Rachelle also contributed to the federal Ombudsman for victims of crime in a complaint review capacity and managed programs at the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. Rachelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate in Administration and Human Resources from the Université du Québec en Outaouais.
